Door Tickets $20 regular, $16 for Zombies
(one ticket gets you in to both movies!)

On Saturday, October 24th, the dead will once again roam the streets at the 7th Annual Toronto Zombie Walk. Culminating at the Bloor Cinema, the walk will be followed by a double bill of two of the greatest, yet rarely shown, zombie movies of all time.

First up: zombies vs. Valley Girls in 1984's Night of the Comet:

Second: Lucio Fulci's Zombi 2, aka Zombie 1 (Wikipedia explains the non-sequential title). In the most famous scene, a zombie fights a shark. Yes, really.

Both movies are being shown on 35 mm film. Charging $16-20 to watch a couple DVDs would be evil (and not the good kind of evil).

Supported by the Toronto Zombie Walk, T.O. Tix, Rue Morgue Magazine, the Toronto After Dark Film Festival, Silver Snail Comics, and BAMIT.ca.
